Working Process

Air entry: air enters into the dust extractor's calming chamber which serves to slow down the air speed and enable the heavier dust particles to fall into a collecting bin located at the base of the unit;

Main filtration: The finer dust particles go upwards and through a section fitted with folded cartridges with a wide filtration surface, able to withold the finest impurities. The cartridges maintain their filtration efficiency thanks to a compressed air counter-washing system which is managed by an extremely advanced cyclic programmer;

Post filtration (optional): If present, the air continues through an absolute HEPA filter with very high efficiency, H13 classification;

Air exit: the filtered air is reintroduced into the working environment or channeled externally by means of an air expulsion chimney.

MAXIMUM CONTROL
