Working Process
The industrial chiller's compressor lowers the liquid's temperature through a heat exchanger (evaporator).

The liquid is forced through the evaporator by a pump and the evaporator lowers the coolant temperature due to the gas's thermal exchange.
​
Heat generated due to gas compression in the chiller circuit, is expelled by a ventilator.

MODULAR AND
VERSATILE
With sixteen different cooling powers to choose from, you can select the most suitable chiller model for your application, avoiding over- or under-dimensioned systems. Cube industrial chillers are able to treat both emulsion and neat oil.

MAXIMUM CONTROL

The microprocessor installed in Flexy industrial chillers allows constant monitoring of the coolant's temperature. "Dynamic Set" version is available to adjust the coolant temperature according to external temperature. With possibility of interface with the machine tool's PLC in accordance with Industry 4.0.

RELIABLE AND ROBUST

Flexy industrial chillers are equipped with copper cooling coils contained in a galvanized steel tank. Reduced hydraulic resistance and a wide passage section allows treatment of unclean liquids.
