Industrial vacuum for treatment and separation of oil and chips from tanks, machining tables and machine tool linear guides.

Available in single phase version (PureOil 100 MP) with three powerful by-pass motors, or in three phase version (PureOil 100 T) with a robust and reliable 3 kW side channel blower.
Working Process

Vacuum is generated either by a single phase vacuum head (model 100 MP) or by a three phase turbine (model T 100);

Material enters through a tangential air inlet, encounters a metal cyclone, loses speed and falls inside a container with float system;

The container includes a metallic sieve basket which separates the solids from the liquid, and a 150 micron nylon filter which further enhances the filtration efficiency;

The separated coolant is suctioned into a 100 liter container;

A safety float system automatically blocks the suction process once the container is full;

An external level indicator shows the liquid level inside the container;

In the "MP" model, coolant discharge is enabled by a manual 1" drain valve located at the base of the container. In the "T" model discharge can also take place by a flow inversion system which allows quick reintegration of coolant back into the production process.
