Three phase industrial vacuum particularly suitable for industrial sectors where great suction power and high filtration efficiency are required, yet maintaining the flexibility of a mobile unit.

Thanks to powerful side channel blowers and filters with a wide filtration surface, it is possible to suction great quantities of material, including fine dusts, very rapidly.
Available in both painted version or in stainless steel AISI 304.
Working Process

Vacuum is generated by a powerful side channel blower up to 7,5 kW of power;

Suctioned material enters from a tangential air inlet, encounters a deflector, loses speed and 90% of the suctioned material falls inside a container, allowing the filter to stay clean longer;

A class "M" bag filter with wide filtration surface stops even the finest dusts;

A lateral filter shaker allows easy cleaning ensuring the unit's optimal functionality, safety and vacuum performance; solid material deposits inside a hook container mounted on wheels with 100 lt capacity;

Clean air crosses the turbine and is introduced back into the environment.

MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY
Further to a manual filter shaking system, PowerVac industrial vacuum can be equipped with the exclusive JETCLEAN® filter cleaning system. This system increases cleaning efficiency up to 30% and is particularly suitable for treatment of fine and difficult dusts. The operator may continue working without replacing the filter and the vacuum unit's performance maintains maximum efficiency.

PowerVac industrial vacuum is extremely easy to use. Thanks to its wheels it can be transported anywhere inside the workshop and its wide selection of accessories make it perfect for any need. Maintenance is simple and fast.
POWERFUL AND RELIABLE
Suction in this dust vacuum unit is provided by a powerful side channel blower (up to 7,5 kW of power) which develops strong depression (up to 4.400 mm H2O) and an air flow rate up to 730 m3/h. This powerful turbine is extremely reliable and allows 24/7 operation without the need for maintenance. All turbines are equipped with a safety valve and a silencer.
HEALTH AND SAVINGS
The "M"classified filters with 1μ filtration efficiency can filter even the finest dusts, so guaranteeing workers' health and safety. The highly performing turbines, together with the exclusive filter cleaning systems allow to optimize maintenance cycles, so saving time and expenses.
